工作地点：北京三元桥佳程广场

薪资待遇：6.5-7K　五险一金+补充医疗

工作职责：

·           Assist DVP and FlexAPP project manager on team budget steering and PR/PO management, SAP/IVS-R/DVP system operation, payment process coordination, supplier information management, budget management, etc.

·           Coordinate DVP and FlexApp on daily operation, including communication with AG project team, weekly/monthly project video meeting and workshop arrangement, make meeting minutes and follow up.

·            PCM(central stock pool) monitoring and monthly reporting,  CORE template creation, collecting and consolidate market business proposal for FlexApp project.

·           Interface to local IT for system performance testing and UAT, collect testing results and feedback to local/AG IT and follow up.

·           Working on daily/weekly/monthly project reports to regions and management. Daily system operations (SAP/IVS-R/IVP) as vehicle check/transfer/delete, pricing check, quota input, ordering entry, ordering modification etc.

任职资格：

·           More than 2 year’ related working experience in Automotive industry; better to have experience of project management/system rollout

·           Familiar with the fundamental processes of the vehicle sales planning, ordering and financing.

·           Skillful in using business tools, such as SAP, DOP/IVSR, MS Excel and Power

point etc.;

·           English, Business or trade and administrative area, Bachelor or above degree; 

·           Good English in both reading and writing;

·           Good communication skill and team work spirit;

·           Good time management, good judgement, high productivity with high quality

·           Strong sense of responsibility, careful and proactive
