工作职责：
Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the employee onboarding/Separation Process/employee files maintenance.
2. Be responsible for company C&B and ensure the compliance, accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll/social insurance/housing fund/commercial insurance and other internal benefit
3. Supporting Year-end bonus calculation/ Year-end Merit Increase Project
4. HR report/database/org chart daily maintenance
5. Daily Attendance/Annual/Sick Leave record check and maintenance
6. Be responsible for the routine HR jobs, such as : Employee Certificate Issue, Holiday/Benefit Notice draft
7. C&B vender communication and management, replying the C&B questions from employees.
8. Provide supports to other jobs assigned by line manager
任职资格：
1. University graduate or above with major in Human Resources, or Business Administration
2. Minimum 2 years HR experience.
3. Familiar with China laws and regulations especially in terms of salary and payment
4. Strong data analysis and data sense with highly attention to numerical detail
5. Good Microsoft Office skill and strong in Excel
6. Result-oriented mindset. Diligent with strong ownership.
7. Good communication skill, good English written and reading skill.
8. Conscientious, good team player. Responsible.
